THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of the driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.

•Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): King bed + twin bed with twin trundle, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower

•Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo
•Bedroom 4: King bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower
