Sandy Craic overlooks the pool, is located right in town, and is golf cart accessible to the beach and all the local restaurants, shops and sips! This new 4 bedroom, 4 bath sleeping 12 is the perfect beach house for multiple families to make memories in Port A. Built in the sought out gated community Village Walk, while there is no boardwalk to the beach, you can rent a golf cart for the Port A island experience. Watch the kids play in the pool from the deck while sipping a tropical beverage. The decks are amazing and the pool view doesn't get better than this. New shuffleboard game outside on the back patio overlooking the pool for guests to enjoy! Beach gear credit included! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply. Add a 6 seater golf cart to your booking for $175 per day! We are your one stop shop. It's the best way to experience the island life and enjoy fun and easy access to the beach!

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1)Sandy Craic provides 5 paved parking spaces for 5 medium sized vehicles.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port A Beach House Company. All tags must be returned to Port A Beach House Company upon checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of Sandy Craic. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
