Welcome to your perfect coastal escape for two. This newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo at Sunrise Villas is designed for relaxing mornings, easy beach days, and peaceful evenings by the water.
Start your day with coffee on the balcony overlooking the community pool, then take a short stroll down the private boardwalk directly to the beach. After a day in the sand, cool off in the pool just outside your unit or enjoy a laid-back evening grilling nearby.

**A monthly pest control service is in place, but mosquitoes and pests can be present due to island's conditions

The property is very centrally located with decent access to the ocean and normal amenities needed to enjoy a good weekend retreat.

For our Anniversary Celebration, we wanted a relaxing and peaceful place with fun readily available. That's exactly what we got in this tastefully decorated retreat. With a boardwalk to the beach just across the street, we had easy beach access. We didn't have a total view of the ocean, but we could see and hear the waves from the sweet little balcony. The bed was extra comfy, and the extra large TV had a great picture. Everything was clean and well maintained. Perfect place for a couple!

This is our second time here. So close to the beach you can walk in 5 minutes or drive there in 2! Close to restaurants in every price range, close to stores for supplies. We bring our own groceries for breakfast and lunch on the beach since there’s a full kitchen - and go out for dinner ! We’ll be back !

The condo was so gorgeous and Port A Beach House Company was Amazing loved everything will definitely return! The pictures are on point and we loved it!
Everything was great. We thought the cottage was very comfortable...comfortable bed. Very nicely appointed bathroom with plenty towels and a very nice shower. The kitchen was well equipped with the essentials.
