This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath coastal retreat combines comfort, fun, and room to spread out, making it the perfect home base for your next island adventure.
One of the standout features of Sunrise Paradise is the huge yard, perfect for kids to run and play, pets to stretch their legs, yard games, cookouts, and relaxing evenings under the coastal sky. Bring the whole crew — and the boat — because this home also offers boat parking and plenty of driveway space for easy vacation living.
Inside, you’ll find bright and welcoming living spaces designed for both relaxing and entertaining. The upstairs second living room creates the perfect bonus hangout space for kids, movie nights, game nights, or simply giving everyone extra room to spread out after long beach days.
The fun continues in the garage game area with ping pong tournaments, cornhole competitions, toys, games, and family-friendly extras throughout the home. Whether you’re spending the day at the beach, cooling off at the community pool, grilling outside, or relaxing on the covered porch with a coastal breeze, Sunrise Paradise was built for easy, unforgettable vacations. Located just a short drive from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and local Port Aransas favorites, this home offers the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and relaxed coastal living.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.
BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more.
• Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

We came with friends and had an amazing stay. The bunk room worked perfectly for the kids, and the master suite was very comfortable. We loved playing ping pong in the garage and hanging out by the pool. The driveway had plenty of room for our boat, which made things easy. The location is convenient to everything in Port A but still quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Sunrise Paradise was exactly what our family needed. The house is spacious, clean, and super kid-friendly with toys and games already there, which was a lifesaver. Our dog loved the fenced yard, and we appreciated how pet-welcoming everything was. The covered porch and balcony were great for relaxing in the evenings. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’ll definitely be back!

LOVE THIS HOME! Our little family travels as a unit. So my husband and I brought our 1 year old and our Goldendoodle along and we couldn't be more pleased! This home is a great place for families, with both baby & dog supplies for guest use! We did bring our own but it was nice to have, especially if something were to happen with our bags! The community pool was very large and crystal clean during our stay, and when I was doing some research I saw that the nature preserve is right by the neighborhood so we made a day out of that and birdwatched too!
This was one of our favorite Port Aransas stays. Traveling with little kids can be hard, but this house had baby items, games, and space for everyone to spread out. The beach gear credit was a nice bonus, and the short drive to the beach made trips simple. Everything was clean and well maintained. Sunrise Paradise made our vacation easy and memorable.
