In the evenings, gather around the fireplace, enjoy games and conversation, or relax after a full day in the sun. Pet-friendly and perfectly located in a beachside community with golf-cart-accessible boardwalk, this home is ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking a memorable coastal escape!
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.
GOLF CART INFORMATION (INCLUDED)
• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Beachin' Buggies.
• After your booking is confirmed, Beachin' Buggies will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.
• The golf cart is not included in long-term rentals. An additional fee will apply if you wish to add a golf cart to a month-to-month rental.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• No trailers allowed due to limited parking
• Check-in time is approximate; target is 4 PM
• Pool is serviced twice weekly (Monday and Friday)
• Sand may be present in the pool due to nearby dunes
• Pool cannot be heated
• Construction may be ongoing nearby
• Cable/WiFi provided as a convenience; outages may occur
• No refunds for outages or pool closures
• Monthly pest control in place; island conditions may include mosquitoes
• WiFi is not suitable for remote work

Easy boardwalk access to the beach was great for the family to explore as each wanted. Golf cart was a terrific addition.

The place looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and cute! The location was just steps from the beach, but the golf cart made it so easy to take everything to the beach. The rental equipment made it so nice not having to bring chairs and boogie boards along in the car. We would definitely stay here again.

First impression, WOW! This rental is stunning inside and out! This is my family's 4th time coming to Port Aransas but 1st time staying at a vacation rental vs a hotel and we're never going back. We were all able to stay together and enjoy each other on a family trip. The Private pool was amazing for the kids, even in the winter they were swimming away! The coffee bar was super convenient for our mornings! The beds were nice, bathrooms were very clean! The Boardwalk was super nice for my morning run, a change of scenery from Louisiana! 5 stars all around!!!
We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotlessly clean and had the ideal "beachy" vibe. The location is unbeatable—truly just steps from the beach. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend!
