Good to know before booking
• There is NO direct beach access from this home. The nearest beach access is Beach Access Road 1-A, about a mile down the road.
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 or older.

PARKING AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
•Sandy Craic accommodates up to five standard vehicles in the driveway. Parking tags will be provided and must be returned upon checkout; lost tags will incur a replacement fee.
•All vehicles must remain in the driveway. Street parking, red zone parking, and parking in neighboring driveways are strictly prohibited. Boats, trailers, buses, and RVs are not permitted within Village Walk. Towing is strictly enforced.

Golf Cart Rentals (Highly Recommended!)
Don’t forget to reserve your 6-seater golf cart for $195 per day/night! Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.

Beach gear credit included
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• This home includes a beach gear credit so you can choose from items like bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Please select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
•Check-in time is approximately 4:00 PM, but not guaranteed
•Construction may be occurring in the surrounding area
•Cable and WiFi are provided as a convenience, and you may experience outages
•No refunds are provided for outages or community pool closures
•Monthly pest control is in place; however, island conditions may include insects

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
•All properties are professionally cleaned using products that meet or exceed CDC standards. Towels and basic amenities are provided for the maximum occupancy. Each home is inspected prior to guest arrival to ensure quality and readiness.

THINGS TO BRING
•Guests should plan to bring beach towels, personal toiletries, sunscreen, beach gear, and food or pantry items for their stay.

WIFI NOTICE
•WiFi is not suitable for remote work. Service may be unreliable due to island conditions.

We had a GREAT stay at "Sandy Craic" in Village Walk. Port A Beach House Company was WONDERFUL to work with and helped us make our stay great, given beach restrictions to vehicles! (put us in touch with a golf cart company to help shuttle us to the beach each day for FREE - tips of course! - Please rent your golf cart from Peyton's!!) Highly recommend this company for renting a vacation home in Port A.

My family of 4 went with another family of 4 to this beautiful, well-kept property in Port Aransas. There was plenty of space and everything was clean and well stocked. I never stay at a place twice, but I may have to come back to this one. Exceeded expectations.

The home is furnished nicely, very clean, and has tons of modern amenities. We loved how many different entertainment options there were for the kids: heated pool, board games, shuffleboard, Roku, etc. We would book this home again with no hesitation the next time we come back to Port A.

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and nicely decorated. The ping pong, shuffleboard, and proximity to the pool was great for the kids. Would certainly book again.

House is set up great! Super clean, loved the layout, comfy beds, the showers were awesome! I feel like this is the best house in the neighborhood- nice view of the pool, kid friendly. I can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and attention in this home. We will be returning again next year!

Great place for us and our three grown children to all get together and spend quality time together visiting with each other! Grandkids all enjoyed the beach and pool playing with each other. We wish it was located closer to the beach, but the house was perfect for our family of 12!
