Inside, you’ll find custom furnishings and coastal chic decor crafted by local artisans, giving the home a fresh, fun, and relaxed feel from top to bottom. The spa-inspired bathrooms offer a peaceful place to unwind after a day of sun and sand, while the spacious layout is perfect for creating memories with friends and family. Head out for the day and take advantage of the community pool, Palapa, and stocked fishing pond, all just steps from your door. When you're ready to explore, you're only minutes from the best restaurants, shops, and beach bars in Port Aransas.

Please Note: There is no direct beach access from this home. The closest beach entry is Beach Access Road 1-A, approximately one mile away.

SEASONAL GOLF CART RENTALS
Make exploring Port Aransas even easier! Guests staying September through February 2027 can add a 6-seater golf cart to their reservation for $115 per day, subject to availability.
•Golf carts are provided through our local partner, Beachin' Buggies. Delivery is typically coordinated around check-in, approximately 4 PM. If you've added a golf cart to your reservation, the vendor will contact you to finalize arrangements.
•Golf carts are not included in the standard rental rate.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• As a gift to you, this home offers a beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• Choose from items like bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make every effort to be ready by 4 PM, but there is no guarantee.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
