Welcome to The RITZ Tarpon! This beautiful coastal home is located in the sought-after gated community of Village Walk. Just a short drive to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the tropical vibe created by a fun color pallet and beachy décor! Enjoy a nice breezy day/night on the screened-in back porch, or light a fire and sit around the fire pit roasting marshmallows. Splash around in the community pool that is just a few steps away! The Ritz Tarpon is a great home to enjoy on a family getaway!
Add a 6-seater golf cart to your booking for $175 per day! (must request 48 hours or more before your arrival) We are your one-stop shop. It's the best way to experience the island life and enjoy fun and easy access to the beach!
Beach gear credit included! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance with the rules below:
1) The Ritz Tarpon provides 3 paved parking spaces for 3 medium-sized vehicles.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port A Beach House Company. All tags must be returned to Port A Beach House Company upon checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of The Ritz Tarpon. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

Perfect! Everything was exactly as advertised and worked great for our family! Every teenager had their own space. Footsteps to pool, short drive to beach. Would definitely stay again!

If you book this condo you will not be disappointed. Less than a mile to the beach & shops. The grounds around the condo are beautiful. Pools are nice and the walk from the condo to the pool is short. The house comes equipped with just about everything. Plenty of sleeping space, with extra blankets/pillows stuffed in closets & drawers. I counted 2 air mattresses as well in closets. There was a nice fan tucked in a closet as well. It does get warm upstairs so that fan came in handy with 6 boys sleeping up there. The back porch was my favorite spot, nice & breezy screened in patio w/chairs. What to bring: trash bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner & body wash. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

The house was wonderful! It was perfect for our big family. It was well maintained and the kitchen was stocked with whatever you need to cook. I recommend getting a golf cart because of its location. Having a golf cart made accessing the beach with our gear so easy! Checking in was super easy and the rental company are so easy to call and answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend!

Our family of five had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ritz Tarpon beach house! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its prime location close to Port A shops and restaurants and the beach. Nestled in a quiet gated community, the serenity and privacy were just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. The house itself is beautifully decorated with charming beach decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the easy access to the beach. Just a short golf cart ride away! The two community pools were a great alternative for days we wanted a change of scenery. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. In the evenings, we loved retreating to the closed-in sunroom with a good book – it quickly became our favorite spot in the house. The beds were very comfortable, and the convenience of driveway parking made coming and going effortless. Overall, the Ritz Tarpon beach house exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect destination for a family seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. We can’t wait to return!

The house was exactly what we needed for our large family and we love the area, being so close to the beach. We plan to stay in this same area again on our next trip!
The property exceeded expectations! Loved the back porch and dedicated work area. Comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again
