Pathway to the Sea Unit 108 is the perfect family beach escape with an amazing location and all the vacation vibes. This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo has a beautiful view of the community pool and is located right next to the private pathway that takes you straight to the seawall!
In just a quick two-minute walk, you’ll be on one of the best beaches on the South Texas Coast! Whether you’re heading out for sunrise strolls, sandy afternoons, or sunset views, everything is right at your fingertips. Beach days are even easier here thanks to the complimentary fold-up wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys, so you can pack up and go without the hassle!
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking
• A copy of your driver’s license is required to receive check-in instructions
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older
CONDO FEATURES

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
•Check-in time is approximately 4:00 PM, but not guaranteed
•Construction may be occurring in the surrounding area
•Cable and WiFi are provided as a convenience, Outages may occur
•Monthly pest control is in place; however, island conditions may include insects
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
•All properties are professionally cleaned using products that meet or exceed CDC standards. Towels and basic amenities are provided for the maximum occupancy. Each home is inspected prior to guest arrival to ensure quality and readiness.
THINGS TO BRING
•Guests should plan to bring beach towels, personal toiletries, sunscreen, beach gear, and food or pantry items for their stay.

Very nice two bedroom for the price. The pool and BBQ are right outside making this one of the best condos at this location. Was there over the weekend and had the pool pretty much to ourselves all morning/afternoon on a Sunday. It was awesome! Walking distance to the Whitecap Beach. Hope we find this one available again.

We had an amazing beach vacation. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch every afternoon watching the kids swim in the pool. Great location, We will definitely be back,
We had a great stay! Our family of 5 enjoyed the location right by the pool and in walking distance to the beach. We had everything we needed and there were even night lights (because I always forget those!) It was clean and true to the listing. We never needed to communicate about any issues so I can't attest to ease of issues being resolved. We enjoyed going to the beach, the aquarium (about 30 min away) and the USS Lexington museum, too. The beach was not super crowded for a weekend visit. There were people there but we always felt like we had plenty of space for our stuff and it didn't feel crowded. Really enjoyed the stay!!
