Pathway to the Sea Unit 108 is the perfect family-friendly beach getaway with an unbeatable location. This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers a front-row view of the beautiful community pool and sits just steps from the private pathway that leads directly to the seawall. In just a quick two-minute walk, you’ll be at one of the best beaches on the South Texas Coast.
Whether you’re spending the day building sandcastles, taking sunset walks along the shore, or cooling off poolside, this condo makes it easy to enjoy every moment. Guests will also love the complimentary fold-up wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys, making beach days simple and stress-free from the moment you arrive.

MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking
• A copy of your driver’s license is required to receive check-in instructions
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older

CONDO FEATURES

• Condominium, first floor, no elevator
• Not pet friendly
• Boardwalk to the beach (secluded from vehicle access)
• Parking passes provided for two vehicles
• No boats, trailers, buses, or RV’s allowed

• Primary bedroom: King-size bed
• Second bedroom: Full-over-full bunk bed
• Living room: Sofa sleeper
• One full bathroom: Shower/tub combination

• Fully equipped kitchen with basic essential needs
• Dining table with seating for four
• Breakfast bar with seating for three
• Keurig coffee maker

EXTERIOR

• Patio with chairs
• Community pool (not heated December 1 through March 1)
• Propane grill for use at the pool
• Boardwalk to the beach

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A two-night minimum stay is required
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM but there is no guarantee
• Starter set includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies
• Starter items are intended for one night only and we will not resupply the home
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time
• There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos and pests can be plentiful several times per year
• Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month
• WiFi is not compatible with guests working remotely during their stay. We do not guarantee a good connection due to spotty internet on the island
