Located in the highly sought-after Mustang Royale community, this stunning Key West-style home was built in 2023 and offers the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and beachside tranquility. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac and just steps from the beach, Palm Breeze is designed for guests who want the best of everything, including incredible ocean views, multiple decks, spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a beautifully curated interior that feels both upscale and welcoming.
The heart of the home is the open-concept living and dining space, where expansive windows frame gorgeous Gulf views and fill the home with natural light. Gather your group on the oversized L-shaped sectional for movie nights by the electric fireplace and enjoy the 84” Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners, featuring high-end cookware, an Italian stove with a convection oven, a Keurig coffee maker, and a built-in wine fridge. Step outside to the deck for al fresco dining at the oversized patio table, where the ocean breeze and peaceful island atmosphere make every meal feel like a vacation moment.
Palm Breeze also delivers a true outdoor oasis with a fully fenced backyard built for relaxing and entertaining. Fire up one of the two picnic-style BBQ grills, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach day, and enjoy the convenience of being just minutes from everything Port A has to offer. With a private community boardwalk that is golf cart accessible, beach access is effortless whether you choose to walk or cruise.

MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking
• A copy of the driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older

GOLF CART INFORMATION

• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM
• Same-day bookings are not guaranteed
• If you book for arrival the same evening, the golf cart may not be delivered until approximately 4 PM the following day
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts
• After your booking is confirmed, Joy Golf Carts will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED

Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay. As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest. Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

• No pets allowed
• Strict occupancy limits enforced
• City of Port Aransas regulations apply

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A two-night minimum stay is required
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM but there is no guarantee
• Starter set includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies
• Starter items are intended for one night only and we will not resupply the home
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time
• No refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year
• Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month
• WiFi is not compatible with guests working remotely during their stay. We do not guarantee a good connection due to spotty internet on the island
