Welcome to The Oyster House, your private Port Aransas retreat tucked in the heart of Old Town. Designed for pool days, patio nights, and laid-back coastal living, this modern beach home combines upscale comfort with effortless outdoor living in one of the island’s most desirable locations.
Hidden behind a private gate on a quiet residential street, this beautifully designed two-story home features a private cocktail pool, three spacious outdoor patios, and stylish coastal interiors thoughtfully curated for relaxing and reconnecting with family and friends. Don't forget to book a 6-seater golf cart for just $95 per day! (Only for reservations during September - February). This is perfect for cruising the island or cruising around town! The Oyster House was built for unforgettable Port A getaways.
Located just minutes from the beach, Horace Caldwell Pier, the ship channel, restaurants, bars, and local shops, this home offers the perfect balance of convenience and privacy while still being close to everything Port Aransas has to offer.

GOLF CART INFORMATION: DON'T FORGET TO BOOK YOUR GOLF CART! $95 per day for reservations in September- February. (Contact our office for availability)
• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Beachin' Buggies. If you've added a golf cart to your stay, Beachin Buggies will contact you to finalize the rental.
BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• As a gift to you, this home offers a beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• Choose from items like bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM, but there is no guarantee.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

The beautiful Oyster House is an amazing stay! It’s an incredible place with plenty of tastefully appointed and decorated nooks and crannies. We enjoyed all of the decks and outdoor spaces as well! It has a private pool perfect for kids play or a nice dip. We loved driving to the beach on the golf cart room enough for 6 people and your stuff! You can park it right on the amazing beach! We adored The Oyster House and want to return again soon!

My fiancée and I stayed at this location for the new year's. The house was nice and was right next to a couple of restaurants and coffee shop. We used the golf cart only once but it was fun to have it accessible. It's a big golf cart community. The beaches were close and beautiful. We really had a nice time staying here and recommend the listing if you're looking in this area.

This rental was the best! You need to do the math: This is a home with no one above, below, or beside you. that means no noise. It is fully equipped to make your stay perfect! It has not 1 but 3 balconies to sit on. A private pool. A little game room. A grill to cook out on. AND, a golf cart is included! The management team was excellent, answering all of our questions. I would definitely rent this home again. Or, at least rent another property from Port A Beach House Co. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! Robin and John

The house is clean and spacious and the golf cart is great to have! The pool was awesome to come back to cool off after a hot day at the beach. The only slight issue we had was that the “room” the bunk beds are in, isn’t a room. It’s a hallway. So the people sleeping in those beds have no privacy. Overall the home was a good choice for our family and we had a great time!

Perfect Weekend Getaway. This was our first time in Port Aransas and this house did not disappoint. It was in the perfect location close to all the restaurants and close enough to the beach. The included golfcart was definitely an added convenient bonus. We will definitely be back

Comfortable family stay! The property was ready the moment we arrived. The rooms were more than adequate for our family and the location was so amazing! It was also within walking distance to lots of restaurant and bars. The golf cart was the perfect transportation. Highly recommended!! Love this place!

Enjoyed the beautiful home and private pool. Having a six person golf cart is such a plus. Only a five minute ride to beach. Convenient to town for shopping and restaurants. Rental service were on the spot when needed.
We had a great time here! This house was perfect for two couples.
