Built in 1957 this beautifully restored ranch-style home blends timeless character with fresh beachy updates, creating the perfect setting for laid-back island vacations and unforgettable gatherings with family and friends.
One of the biggest perks of Oleander House is the unbeatable location. Situated less than a 5-minute walk from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping, and nightlife, guests can easily explore Old Town Port Aransas without constantly needing to drive. Grab morning coffee, enjoy fresh seafood and live music, or spend the evening bar hopping and shopping just minutes from your front door.
After a day at the beach, come home to your own private backyard oasis complete with a large private pool, outdoor seating, propane grill, and fenced yard perfect for your furry companions. Whether you’re floating in the pool under the Texas sun, grilling dinner with the family, or relaxing after a day exploring Port A, Oleander House delivers the easygoing coastal atmosphere guests come back for year after year.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.
BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more.
• Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

Although the property is old and the pool looks larger than it is, me and my 7 friends found the house well kept and the pool very enjoyable. It is close to shopping and the beach. Whenever we return to Port Aransas, we will certainly try to get this property

Our stay was simply delightful, and we can't wait to have the opportunity to visit again. The overall ambiance of the place was incredibly welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived

Our family had a great stay at the Oleander House!! It was just perfect for 6 adults and 2 children and our pets. The house was cozy and clean and we had plenty of towels. We really enjoyed cooking our meals in the large kitchen and on the gas grill. We had fun watching tv and playing card games in the living room and having drinks and coffee on the front porch. The private pool was the best!! Our 4 year old celebrated his birthday there and the pool was a big hit. The kayaks were a plus to take to the beach! We loved the shower outside to rinse off after a day at the beach. The property manager and maintenance personnel were so helpful when we locked ourselves out. We can’t wait to stay at the Oleander House again!!

The home was exactly as advertised with plenty of space for our family. The saltwater pool is small but it was enough for the grandkids to have a great time.
