You’re just steps from the stocked fishing pond, close to the community pool and cabana, and perfectly located in the golf cart zone for easy island exploring. Inside, you’ll love the huge kitchen and open living area made for group dinners, game nights, and memory making. Outside is where the fun really lives with a fire pit, outdoor shower, and tons of seating for late-night laughs under the stars. Add in a garage game room and a bunk room for the kids, and you’ve officially found your new go-to beach getaway.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

• There is no direct beach access from this home
• The nearest beach access is Beach Access Road 1-A, about a mile down the road
• Not within walking distance to the beach (15+ minute walk)

GOLF CART RENTAL INFO

• Add a 6-seater golf cart to your booking for $175 per day
• Must request 48 hours or more before your arrival
• We are your one-stop shop and it’s the best way to enjoy easy beach access and get around the island

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED

Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay. As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. Choose from items like bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Please select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in and VayK Gear will take care of the rest. A small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A two-night minimum stay is required
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM but there is no guarantee
• Starter set includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies
• Starter items are intended for one night only and we will not resupply the home
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee you won’t hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects during your stay
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time
• No refunds are provided for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance
• Please remember you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year
• Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month
• WiFi is not compatible with guests working remotely during their stay. We do not guarantee a good connection due to spotty internet on the island
