This was a great place to stay for our family. It is close to the beach with an amazing community pool. The house is great with A LOT of bathrooms. Great house, great area and fabulous management .

Our family really enjoyed this house. We loved the openness of it and the whole upstairs for the kids. It was also so close to the pool our kids could swim and we just hung out outback. We highly recommend staying at Kendall’s house if you want to feel right at home.

We chose this home because we are quite familiar with the La Concha neighborhood and we loved it! This place seems like a new build and it is SO CLEAN! We always bring our little french bulldog on trips with us and I honestly had to double-check if it was pet-friendly because it was so clean! (it is pet friendly!) The community pool is right behind the house and there's plenty of outdoor entertainment space below the home! It's the perfect setup for parents who want to watch their kids swim but also have a place to chill. The master bedroom is also tucked away for privacy, which is nice on a multi-family trip. We'll definitely be booking again next trip!
We had a wonderful stay! Great location, not too far from town and in-between two beach access roads. The house is super nice and was plenty spacious for 10 people. The shared pool was great to relax and cool off after a long day at the beach. Kendall was super responsive to most inquiries and checked in often!
