Step inside and you will instantly feel the bright, breezy charm of this beachside haven. The open-concept living space is perfect for gathering with family and friends, sharing stories from the day, and unwinding after time in the sun. Outside, your private cocktail pool invites you to cool off anytime, and with the included golf cart, getting to the community boardwalk and beach is quick and easy. Whether you are starting your morning with ocean views, spending the afternoon by the pool, or cruising the island for dinner and sunsets, Jetty Set Go is the kind of vacation home that turns a getaway into a tradition.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions
• Contracting guests must be 25+

IMPORTANT NOTES
This home is located in a developing community. There may be construction going on around the neighborhood and next door.
Due to minimal parking, trailers of any kind are not allowed in the neighborhood.

GOLF CART INFORMATION (INCLUDED)
• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Beachin' Buggies.
• After your booking is confirmed, Beachin' Buggies will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.
• The golf cart is not included in long-term rentals. An additional fee will apply if you wish to add a golf cart to a month-to-month rental.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more.
• Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

POOL INFORMATION
•The pool cannot be heated.
•The pool is serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday, and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. Because this home is next to the dunes, you may see some sand at the bottom of the pool.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM, but there is no guarantee.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
