Beautiful House in the exclusive Mustang Royal neighborhood of Port Aransas. Golf Cart Accessible Boardwalk to the beach and next-door to the shared community swimming pool! Step into the relaxing, refreshing, and renewing latitude adjustment you have been needing in the comfort of "Happy Ours"! Enjoy soaking up the sun and rejuvenating sea breeze, you will be sure to start your journey to relaxation off right. This unique plan can sleep 12 comfortably and will suit your needs during your stay at the beach! The main home consists of a large open floor plan for family and friends to gather with open kitchen to living room. Upstairs you have 2 queen masters that share an ensuite full bathroom and 1 king master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, all rooms have smart TVs. The Detached apartment is a separate space. The detached apartment consist of a full bath, twin over twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed. Connecting the main house is a nice open breezeway with picnic table and BBQ pit! 

Don't forget to add a 6 seater golf cart to your booking! (must request 48 hours or more prior to your arrival) We are your one stop shop! It's the best way to experience island life and enjoy fun, easy beach access.

Beach gear credit included! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddle-boards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dish-washing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

***WiFi is not compatible for guests working remotely during their stay. We do not guarantee a good connection due to spotty internet on the island.
