It was good and relaxing.. The kids had fun and that’s all that mattered to me.

We had a great week of relaxation especially by the pool. The ledge loungers were the best I loved them! The house was so clean and felt like our home away from home. Great location to everything.

The only negative is the people beside us having a party and playing loud music and yelling and drinking and staying up until very late into the night! The houses are extremely close together, so you hear everything from the neighbors! Other than that, it is a great property and fun place to stay!!!

The description of this property is accurate and reflective of our experience. Great customer service from the property management! The house was clean and had all necessary amenities. The heated pool was the highlight! Location is amidst a row of little beach properties so there were many families enjoying their vacations as well. The 10pm noise curfew was respected by all neighbors. Property is within walking distance to the beach. Overall easy and enjoyable quick getaway!

The house was beautiful! We and our pups thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Vehicle beach access was less than a mile from the home. There are several stores within 2-3 miles for you to pick up quick snacks and drinks. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

We have nothing but great things to say about the beach house. It was clean and well stocked. Everything was as advertised! We will be booking again next year!!

The management company was efficient and courteous. Sea Breeze was comfortable, spacious and attractively decorated. The community is quiet and appealing. We enjoyed walking around and greeting other residents. Sea Breeze is a short walk from the beach access boardwalk and close to a nice pool. The house is adjacent to the lagoon where we enjoyed watching the shore birds each morning. Sea Breeze is more spacious than the usual house for six people; worked well for us.

We were able to bring our whole family to visit Port Aransas this year and stayed at the Sea Breeze. Previously, we have stayed in condos, but with the beach house we had much more room and privacy, and the price was cheaper than a condo. We had a wonderful experience staying here. The accommodations were perfect for the 6 of us, plus our young grandson. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, and everyone had plenty of space in the living/kitchen area. We cooked most of our meals here, including on the grill at night. The one thing we wish was different was that it could be close enough to the beach to see the water, but with the lagoon in the back yard and the ever present sea breeze, we had a great time here. The walk to the beach was fine, but we drove to the beach most every day to haul all of our chairs, ice chests, canopy, etc. The house was immaculately clean, and the service we received was outstanding. We can't wait to return next summer for more fun at the beach while we stay at the Sea Breeze. I would highly recommend this beach house for any family who enjoys spending time together in a very nice place.

We had an amazing time in Port A. The staff at Port A Beach House company was very accomodating and helped us with our minor glitches (missing bbq lid and satalite troubles). The home was very clean and we all loved having our own bathrooms for each bedroom. Everyone in the neighborhod was super friendly and laid back. The house had everything we needed and we plan on visiting next summer for sure!!! This house is a great value for the price and the kitchen-livingroom combo is huge and will accomodate any family! All in all we loved our vacation and would do it again tomorrow if we could!

This home was amazingly spacious with a large kitchen area with an open floor plan to the dining and living area. Our stay in this home was two thumbs up, indeed!!! We would certainly rent this place again and plan on doing so in the future.

We try to come to Port A every year with our grown boys and their wives. Last year when we were driving around we found the Port A Beach House Company and toured several of the houses. Much to our surprise the rental fees were comparable (some even better) than the usual condo fees! The Sea Breeze house was wonderful--each couple had their own bedroom with bath--with the living/dining/ kitchen areas spacious and tastefully decorated. We made good use of the several porches/balconies, especially the one overlooking the pond (we literally spent hours watching the critters in the pond--turtles, ducks, crabs, fish, etc.) The adult pool was put to good use as was the boardwalk to the beach (at one point the boardwalk is nearly covered by the dunes.) You can wash off sand at your house, but a wash off closer to the boardwalk would be great, particularly if you've driven your car and parked near the boardwalk. The book with info about the house and local things--dining, fishing, shopping, etc. is FANTASTIC! We eat out a lot and found the recommendations helped as we made choices--one of your fav places has now become our #1 place to dine in Port A! The book also has details specific to the Sea Breeze house and the Royal Sands community--a great feature! Checking in and out was easy--Tyler and Kendall were most helpful. I would heartily recommend Port A Beach House Company and particularly the Sea Breeze. We'll be back! (The addition of wireless internet connection would make this property practically PERFECT!)

The Sea Breeze is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. The kitchen/dining/living area is huge, with plenty of space for everyone to gather. You really do have a great breeze on the balconies. The community's beach access is a little far for children during the heat of the day, but it is a nice walk in the evenings. Our kids enjoyed fishing in the small pond behind the property. We were disappointed only by the family pool, which appeared to need chlorine and a thorough cleaning--the water was so murky that our children refused to get in. The neighborhood is very peaceful, but on our last night another house had a loud party until past 3 am. While noise restrictions are clearly stated in the rental agreement, how to report violations is not. It would have been nice to have a security hot line to report the problem. Overall we had a quiet, relaxing vacation in the Sea Breeze and will definitely recommend it to others visiting Port A.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the beach. I'm not a big beach person, but don't mind visiting it. We enjoyed the home, and the walking distace to the beach was fine! The rental service did a great job.
