Welcome to your dream beach home at 158 Beach View! This gorgeous coastal getaway offers plenty of space for family and friends, with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms designed for comfort and relaxation.
On the first level, you’ll find two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a half bath, and a cozy living area with a large TV, perfect for movie nights after a day in the sun. Step outside to the patio where outdoor dining is easy with a propane grill, granite countertop, and built-in sink.
Upstairs, the main living area features an open-concept design that connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, making it easy for everyone to gather together. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. This level also includes an additional bedroom and full bathroom, along with a luxurious master suite featuring a spa-like en suite bath. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
The true highlight of this home is the balconies on both sides, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze. Whether you're here for sun-soaked beach days, family gatherings, or a peaceful coastal escape, 158 Beach View is the perfect place to make unforgettable memories.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 or older.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED

• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• Choose from items like bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A two-night minimum stay is required.
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM, but there is no guarantee.
• Starter set for guests includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
