Inside, the home has been fully refreshed with new floors, fresh paint, and stylish furnishings that give it a light and breezy coastal feel.
With bedrooms on every level, Beachside Bliss is ideal for big groups. You’ll find two king master bedrooms, one queen master, two bunk rooms with built-in twin-over-twin beds, plus a third-floor hideaway featuring a full-over-full bunk bed and its own lookout porch—perfect for catching a Gulf breeze or stargazing at night. The garage has been transformed into a hangout zone where you can shoot some pool, catch a game, or just vibe with your favorite playlist.
Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck, cruising the neighborhood in the included golf cart, or heading down the boardwalk to the beach, Beachside Bliss is all about easy, laid-back living with a splash of fun.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.
GOLF CART INFORMATION (INCLUDED)
• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.
• Same-day bookings are not guaranteed.
• Example: If you make a reservation for arrival that same evening, the golf cart may not be delivered until approximately 4 PM the following day.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts.
• After your booking is confirmed, Joy Golf Carts will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.
BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more.
• Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• A two-night minimum stay is required.
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM, but there is no guarantee.
• Starter set for guests includes two trash bags, dish soap and two dish-washing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
