Important Booking Requirements
A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking. A copy of your driver’s license is also required in order to receive check-in instructions. Primary guest must be 25+ to rent with Port A Beach House Company.

Just a short drive from the beach, this spacious, pet-friendly home is built for unforgettable vacations—whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or your favorite four-legged sidekick. Start your mornings with coffee on the deck while the sun rises over the island, then spend the day making the most of your own private backyard paradise. Take a dip in the private pool, relax under TWO poolside gazebos, and fire up one of the two grills for a fresh Gulf Coast dinner. Bringing the boat? You’ll love the ample boat parking, making it easy to enjoy the water all day long. When you’re ready for some indoor fun, head to the garage game room for friendly competition and late-night laughs—this home has entertainment for everyone. With plenty of space to spread out, a fun coastal vibe, and all the extras you want on vacation, Aqua Dreams is your slice of Port A paradise.

Private Pool + Service Schedule
The pool is professionally serviced twice a week on Mondays and Fridays (weather permitting). We do our best to keep sand out of the pool—thank you for helping us keep it sparkling for everyone!

Beach Gear Credit Included!
Guests staying 3–21 nights at participating properties receive a beach gear credit to use during their stay—our gift to you! Choose from premium beach gear like bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more.
To use your credit, simply reserve your gear at least 48 hours before check-in, and VayK Gear will handle the delivery. (A small delivery fee may apply.)

Construction is always happening somewhere on the island—noise or nearby projects may occur

Mosquitoes/pests can be common seasonally—our home is treated monthly by professional pest control

Cleaning & Inspection
We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. Each home is stocked with towels for maximum occupancy and inspected before arrival to ensure it’s clean, comfortable, and ready for your vacation.
