In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need to prepare meals. Stainless steel appliances, natural light and coastal backsplash adds a touch of sophistication. A coffee maker in the home for your coffee fix or pick up some local seafood and prepare a meal at home, then gather at the long table for 10, with additional seating at the bar for 3 more.

The spacious balcony off the back of the house has unobstructed views of the 1200-acre Port Aransas Nature Preserve. Grab a beer or glass of wine and soak up the panoramic vista. Another balcony off the main entrance looks over the homes of Paradise Pointe.

This home has five driveway and carport parking spaces.
