“Coco Loco” is a second floor water front condo. The largest 3 bedroom/2 bath Waterfront condo located in the Puente Vista complex. This beautiful property is located on the corner of the complex and offers the best view in the whole complex and one of the best views on the whole island. Got a Boat? Well bring it along because some of the most fertile fishing grounds are just a short boat ride away. No boat, no problem. There's great fishing docks just a few steps away as well.
If fishing isn't your thing then you'll enjoy watching the sunset over the Laguna Madre as you sip on an evening beverage from your private 2nd floor balcony. You can also soak up the Texas sun while lying by the sparkling saltwater pool or take the short drive to the beach also. Miles of windswept Texas beaches are just a couple miles away from your front door. Numerous shopping and eating destinations are close by as well.

INTERIOR
This beautiful decorated unit offers top of the line appliances and amenities that is sure to satisfy. You'll love the interior furnishings and layout of this recently remodeled condo but you'll probably want to spend most of your time on the private 2nd floor balcony that looks out over the Laguna Madre. You'll love enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverage as you gaze out over this expansive body of water.
This great view can also be enjoyed from the open and spacious kitchen, dining and living areas. In this open space you'll find new, comfy furnishings and ample seating. It's fully-equipped with everything you'll need to cook three meals a day as well as modern, top of the line appliances.
This 3 bedroom condo will easily sleep 8 adults with a King bed in the master with a deep soaking Jacuzzi bath tub in mater bathroom, a King in the second room and 1 Full size bed, and 1 twin size bed in the 3rd room. The living area also offers a sofa sleeper as well. Other amenities available include boat docks (available on a 1st come 1st use basis), charcoal BBQ grills at the Pool area,1 reserved parking spot right in front of the unit and your own private Wifi network.

Linens for every bed and bath towels for every guest are provided. A two night minimum stay is required. Port A Beach House guest must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Sorry
