Blue Agave has a wonderful entertaining area with an open floor plan. The kitchen, living and dining room have plenty of seating. The dining room will seat 10 and the kitchen bar will seat an additional 4.

This home has five bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths.

The master bedroom is located on the ground level with a private bathroom. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a flat screen TV. The second floor houses 4 bedrooms with an entrance to the AMAZING rooftop deck with ocean view.  The second bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen tv and a private en-suite. The third bedroom has a twin over a full  bunk bed and A full size bed, flat screen tv and a private bath. Across the hall is 2 additional bedrooms,1 queen bedroom and 1 room with a twin over full bunk. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. This space also has a kitchenette and small living area with a bistro table and chair set.

The Village Walk gated community is one of the most desirable complexes in Port Aransas. It is just a short walk or drive to the beach and a 5 minute drive to downtown. Relax by the community pool just steps away from the house or stroll down to the beach. Arnold Palmer golf course is just a few blocks away.
