Welcome to Beach View 54! This big, beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath offers a ROOF TOP DECK with AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS! Welcome to this hidden gem in the sought out gated community called Village Walk. This coastal beauty is located just minutes from the beach and all of the local favorites restaurants, shops and sips! Break away from your day to day routine and come relax at Beach View 54! 

Don't forget to add a 6 seater golf cart to your booking! We are your one stop shop! It's the best way to experience the island life and enjoy fun, easy access to the beach! (Must request 48 hours or more prior to your arrival) 

Beach gear credit included! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddle-boards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1)Beach View 54 provides 4 paved parking spaces for 3-4 medium sized vehicles.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port A Beach House Company. All tags must be returned to Port A Beach House Company upon checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of Beach View 54. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

We loved our stay in this home during our first trip to Port A. We loved it so much we extended our stay by another day. We did have a plumbing issue but this was not the owner’s nor the property manager’s fault. We understand these things happen. The management company was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of. The elevator was a life saver for my mom who needs a cane to walk. We enjoyed the downstairs covered patio for our crab boil. The third floor deck is also very nice to sit out and listen to the waves and just relax. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable and the bathroom count was perfect for 5 adults. The owner was very generous to provide a golf cart for our stay. We are very appreciative to the owner to open their home to strangers needing a vacation. Overall, this a lovely home with everything we needed for our break from 2020 life.

Beach View 54 is such a lovely home! We had a great time just hanging out here and working! Was a great break from sitting in our own home in Austin. We so appreciate how wonderful Port A Beach House Co was also! So kind and helpful! Thanks for a great trip!

We loved our stay here in this beach house. The family enjoyed the way the house was decorated and the closeness to the beach. We want to return again as soon as we are able to. Management company addressed any questions that we had and were friendly. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the neighborhood and the pools.

We came out for my husbands 30th birthday and had 0 complaints. The house was absolutely beautiful and matched the listing 100%. Truly one of the best houses we've stayed at in our many stays in Port A and would definitely stay here again with a big group. The balcony's and rooftop terrace with an unobstructed view of the ocean were to die for and I loved the covered area on the bottom floor to work out. The pictures truly don't do this home justice and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here for anyone looking with a large group! It was an absolute blast and we appreciate the opportunity to have stayed here.
